I can’t believe the results of disciplined weight training and diet on people like Patricia and MD. Patricia looks like she’s in her 20s and MD looks like she’s in her thirties. Plus, both of them look better than 90% of the people in their age group.

Here’s a picture of myself after the Designer Body State Championship with a nurse friend/coworker of mine whom is also an NPC/IFBB pro and several times over BB champ…he was one of the judges and guest posers. BTW, another nurse friend of mine won that contest, went on to win the Hawaiian Isles (Arnold Schwartzenegger sponsored), and then went on the place 4th in the nationals. Not bad for a bunch of health care providers, huh?
