Sorry to be a tiny bit “theraputic” in my thinking, and this isn’t meant only for BF, but please don’t say negative things to yourself. There is so much untapped potential in your young life that you aren’t even aware of it. The thing is- the things you tell yourself, your outloook, etc. can be extremely powerful in terms of guiding (or misguiding) and harnessing (or not harnessing) your true potential.

I’m saying this from experience. You have the best years ahead of you, you have a healthy body, your basic needs are ok, you live in one of the wealthiest, most abundant countries in the world, you live in a free country…see the best in yourself and reach for your full potential. Go for it. The resources are there for your taking.

Also, you have to be reasonably intelligent to like surfing the internet, read about bodybuilding, formulate a bb plan, etc…so you’re by far not a dummy.

Again, you have such an incredible amount of amazing potential, go for it!

China, I appreciate your comments, but I wasn’t being serious about what I said. I was just making a comment about how many very intellegent people we have on here. All I was saying was that every 4 year degree is not equal.

Sadly, some of the posters on T-Nation are not of average intellegence. 70 is a good room temperature, and apperently its a popular IQ for some folks.

Your encouragement made me feel a whole lot better though.
