METCON-for-MUSCLE-Plan

Christian Thibaudeau

Metcon for Muscle is Christian Thibaudeau’s most advanced and toughest training plan – the one he uses for his top athletes to build the fitness qualities of a pro:

  1. To build a fully developed muscular body.
  2. To drop body fat below 10% for walk-around leanness.
  3. To condition for unstoppable work capacity.

FIREADY Plan

FIREADY Strong is an apex training course that weaponizes strength and conditioning. The goal is to develop first responders and battle-ready warriors capable of winning any fight or challenge.

M3 Pure Muscle

Ellington Darden, Ph.D.

Any plans to design an app for tracking/programming?

Maybe select a plan, type in current max lifts and let the app populate your personalized template, then automatically adjust accordingly as you log reps either completed or missed?

I’d pay for it as a standalone fee or maybe as a tiered T+ subscription.

Does anyone know what happened to the follow up to these plans?

I think the original idea was to release additional programming behind a paywall. There’d be another six weeks of Metcon for Muscle, more of the M3 (original Surge Challenge) plans, etc.

The originals–I’ve done Metcon, M3, and just started Fiready–are awesome. I’d be happy to purchase additional weeks of programming because I enjoyed the free versions and would like to support the varied types of training these offer.

In any case, I’m grateful for the continued access to the originals, regardless what direction TNation decides to take them.
