Yea so my first two suggetions do kind of suck. However i like “its a hormone and an adventure”, i know its completely corny but it just depends on what type of person you are i think if you say in a lighthearted way. Anyhow the true best response is to say “what do you think it means” cause that will start conversation, i mean if you are trying to pick up a girl. “it means I take steroids” would be great for a punk kid but i must admit i havent said it yet.
