T Cream 60mg/Day - Good Dose? How Much Will T Increase?

I’m ok with just trying something to help the sexual functions and not give a fuck about OCD at the moment.

From what I gathered if I’m not taking any antidepressents I should go for the inositol/theanine/icariin route?

Also, I thought upregulating serotonin receptors was a good thing and not bad?

My train of thought would be to try vitamins first, then supplements then TRT. TRT last because it will be a long term thing, it’s a for life thing and that’s a big commitment that’s why I’m putting it at the end of the list, I never discarded this option. It was actually the number one option when I thought my testosterone was still at the 200 level, since it’s not I’d like to maybe see if I can try something else before going TRT.

It’s hard to tell. Opiates definitely made it harder to finish and sometimes impossible. Years after getting off my levels were 575. My brother’s levels (who’s 2.5 years younger than me) were 400 and he had never touched opiates. Who knows.

My libido is just fine and I have plenty of history abusing this shit. Im currently on low dose Suboxone and my libido is as good as its ever been. Ridiculous actually. My wife forcing me to take a break.

When you take opiates it will suppress the axis, but TRT fixes all of that.

Really you are thinking the wrong way here. The only way you would have irreversible damage was if. you didn’t have TRT and fixe whatever imbalances you have.

I feel like a normal man without any real issues at 42 years old after 20 years of drug abuse. During that time I was sober for 7-8 years.

BPC-157 has helped me a ton as well. It seems to repair something in the brain and I’ve been much happier taking that for my tennis elbow. I researched it and it somehow works on the gaba system. I did more research and people are taking it for detox and post opiate abuse. Some start the BPC and say their withdrawal symptoms are like 10% of what it should be. . Many are reporting it seemingly fixed the withdrawal symptoms you get years or months after usage.

This is anecdotal, but so far I know for sure it has fixed my tennis elbow, while nothing else did.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but your folate (folic acid) is very low. Folate deficiency could be contributing to many of the symptoms you are experiencing.

What are the symptoms of folate deficiency?

The symptoms of folate deficiency are often subtle. They include:

  • fatigue
  • gray hair
  • mouth sores
  • tongue swelling
  • growth problems

The symptoms of anemia that occur due to folate deficiency include:

  • persistent fatigue
  • weakness
  • lethargy
  • pale skin
  • shortness of breath
  • irritability

Yeah, it was noticed last week went I went to the doctor with the most recent blood exams.

Today I’ve started taking
Vitamin D3 5000UI
Vitamin K2 1.5mg
Vitamin A 1000 UI
Vitamin E 400UI
Thiamine 100mg
Pyridoxine 100mg
Folic Acid 5mg
Vitamin B12 1 mg

Maybe it’s just me but these doses are a bit of bullshit, not sure. Not sure if this will help me. I have a 90 days prescription.

@el_nino_malefico my OCD has exarcebated for some reason the past 2 days, I’m thinking it’s due to stress. I’m going to give inositol a try.

I went to a neurologist today, told him my symptoms, never mentioned PSSD, and this 60 year old dude told me I have nothing wrong with my brain and that I should do psychotherapy, fucking hilarious. Told me to do a lumbar MRI, but that he’s sure there’s nothing wrong with me.

I notice that when I’m in cold weather my libido for some reason gets 1% better, I know that some people like to take cold showers due to testosterone increase, maybe the cold helps? This shit just makes me want to order testosterone and inject myself.

@el_nino_malefico do you think there’s any issue in taking those vitamins with inositol or whatever supplement I buy that you recommended? Thinking in buying inositol, icariin, theanine and citrulline. Not sure about curcumin as I don’t want to exarcebate my OCD.

Plus, can someone recommend me a citrulline powder? I read that citrulline malate is worse due to less citrulline, I would like pure citrulline. I’m from Europe, but I can only find citrulline malate.

I was having all the symptoms of anemia you mentioned except pale skin and shortness of breath the past few months, which I attributed to low testosterone.

I think it is due to a shitty diet.

Crazy. I was reading about it the other day and saw a few things saying it could be like naloxone and kick people into withdrawal if I’m reading this right. I’m assuming that isn’t the experience you had or have heard of? Perhaps I’m interpreting what this is saying incorrectly, there aren’t a lot of studies or info on this

No shit, this matches my recent experience. I got some oral BPC and took it for three days. During this time I felt like my Suboxone just stopped working, started feeling withdrawal, stomach upset, couldn’t sleep. I thought I was going crazy, trying to figure out what had changed. I stopped taking it (it’s actually for my dad) and today I feel a bit better, still taking a higher Sub dose than usual, but moving back in the right direction. I’ll have to read up more on this, thanks for posting this.

Edit: I’ll add that I didn’t feel this when taking BPC as injections. It may have more impact on the gut-brain system if taken orally.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing.

I read something saying it acts mostly locally when injected but more widespread when taken orally… so that would kind of make sense that it did this to you when taken orally but not when injected. Certainly something to be aware of for anyone trying it…

This info about bpc-157 is insane. Thanks for sharing

I was worried about the same. I read the same study as well. I asked my doctor and he said it shouldn’t. I still dont understand the damn study with the wording they used. Its not very in-depth.

I am taking a small dose of 250mcg a day though and I have zero issues. I think a very large dose might cause issues though.

Really I am not sure, because nobody has said this has happened to them. They allude to the issue, but no evidence or studies have shown this to be true.

Well when you take it through injection it goes into the blood stream. I highly doubt its localized. I looked into this and people like to take the injection at the site of injury, but they also say it doesn’t make any difference because it just goes into the blood stream and the body uses what it can when it gets it.

Im getting the wife some pills to try out for her stomach. its gotten better, but not healed, and some have said the oral worked better for their IBS than injections.

I will keep y’all updated on my thread if her IBS is cured totally. I think it will be an important share to help others dealing with this horrid illness.

Hi, sorry for the time spent, I had a lot to do and I will probably not have time to follow the forum.
To my knowledge there are no negative interactions with the vitamins you take, the only thing that puzzles me is the dosage of vitamin B6, which I would be careful with because it can easily cause neuropathy even at low doses.

Curcumin doesn’t worsen OCD but improves it. I don’t know what effect it can have on libido, as it “potentially” could increase serotonin (bad thing for libido) but increase testosterone (good) and decrease blood pressure (good). The important thing is that you introduce these substances gradually to be cautious and that you keep your hormones under control by doing the tests. Even if any problem related to stress has a biological and therefore “physical” or “cerebral” component, including OCD, do not underestimate the importance of psychological treatments, because they are closely linked and it would be a mistake to underestimate one of the two. I have often underestimated the importance of the psychological component, thinking of being able to circumvent or “overwrite” it using chemistry, but the evidence supports the idea that “nature” and “nurture” interact, we do not know in what percentage, but it is not absurd to hypothesize 50/50 and many support the (plausible) idea that for many problems the drug treatment serves nothing other than to make the learning of patterns that lead to improvement effective. So that doctor probably said bullshit, but he didn’t give you bad advice by suggesting you go for therapy.

Anyway, to be honest I have to report that I ran the tests a month after starting my stack and although my libido increased, belly dropped and muscles increased (without exercising), I was surprised to see that my testosterone has dropped again (from 461 to 226), but stupidly I did not take the LH test which would have helped me to understand which of the substances I use is the cause (I believe it is Tianeptin, which is an opioid). While I don’t think other supplements (which are all known to have benefits on testosterone) have anything to do with it, I must urge caution and always monitor levels with analyzes. The good thing is this proves that not everything depends on testosterone levels.

Can’t find the comment with the stack you were trying. I’m assuming you deleted it?

I’m going to start exercising again next week as I’ve been recovering from a rhinoplasty this past month.

I’ve ordered so far
Inositol
L-Citrulline Malate, can’t find pure Citrulline
L-Theanine
Vitamin C as I lack and my diet is shit
Whey Isolate
Creatine Monohydrate
Can’t find curcumin. Can only find low curcumin doses with high turmeric doses.
Will buy icariin after I try inositol.

Going to start with only inositol, protein and creatine.

Vitamins I’m taking now aren’t changing anything and I’ve been taking them for a month now.

I just started taking today

200mg theanine (may increase to 600mg/day)
6g inositol
5g creatine
6g citrulline malate

I’m assuming I can just mix all the powders together and drink everything in one go?

I had pssd from taking ssri. Trt made things a little better for a year. I wanted to try and feel even better so i decided to take inositol. Big mistake! After 1 dose it fucked me over and now im dealing with god awful problems including extremely numb genitals, cold genitals, very low libido, no arousal, extreme brain fog/ anhedonia. Be careful if you suspect you have pssd is what i am saying! Its been a year and a half since taking it and problems are still here and I have to be careful with anything i put in my body including different foods. I cant even exercise without it causing issues. Its left me in a suicidal state. Nobody should have to deal with this from a prescription drug. The worse part is that no doctors/phsychs will admit it even exists let alone try and find help.
