Hey guys my name if Jeff and I am here to write my log. I have been training for 5 years and just recently fixed my diet. once a day usually in the afternoon I will cook 6 chicken breasts a big stick of broccoli and 3 cups of whole grain brown rice. this makes me 6 meals a day which i eat every 2 and a half hours. for breakfast i have cinamon oatmeal and a body byvi shake. the rest of the meals are cooked the night before besides dinner which is different ed. I average 3k cals a day , 170lbs (5’8).
So I have done my first 4 shots and today i got my orals, i was hoping for d-bol but i would have to wait a week, not into it, soooo im going to use some t-bol stuff which is what the german athletes used to take all the golds some 20 yrs ago lol. (So i’ve read). 30mg ed and a 300mg shot monday and thursday ill post everyweek and tell you guys what im feeling how my emotins are my workouts my sleep. tune in =]
yaah ive been reading that, ur opinion just set my mind tho =]. i took 30 this morning and ill take another 40 this afternoon. 2 mondays ago was my first shot with testoprim, mex gear. fuuck guys. never touch that shit. i pin’d my ass and couldnt sleep on my back or that side i could barely sit down! it was fucking brutal!!! brutality! so i did my next 2 shots tnt from medistar. I am doing my first 300mg shot of test cyp tmo im excited, 3 more weeks too see results.

i know the test isnt rlly kicking in yet but sometimes i just fume over shit! lol I also have a great tenacity to get in the gym and break all my personal bests
Yeah im noticing =] day 3 on the tbol and its my 2nd day on 70mg my first day was 30. so this morning i took 70mg all at once would u guys suggest that or spread it out morning to afternoon? i personally like the big hit of feeling and power that gos all day long.
I was curling 50’s today for 5 reps an arm without throwing. felt pretty boss =] so far im liking it took my shot today too i ran out of pre cooked meals today tho so im fucked for meal routine =[ atm anyways. im gunna go buy some steak and bake potatos and make 6 meals later for tmo try n get my 3lbs of meat in today still. t-bol over dbol. less water no sides so far anyways up 1 lb
I split my Tbol over 2 doses which I would recommend for stable levels unless you’re using it as a kick start to your workout. But I was doing 30mg in morning the 40mg 45 min prior to my workout.
i drank my fucking face off last night. probably not going to do that for a loooong long time. but thats what we all say every time lol. 174lbs feel strong look much fuller and took a shot this morning the pain after was unfucking believable all day long my ass felt like it was hit by a city bus full of fat people. not getting much from the tbol but i like it kinda expensive because i ened a second 100dollar bottle soon. next time i will be using d-bol.
