You look good. It sounds like you’re chasing after something that may not be possible with either 1. Your current training routine, or 2. Your generics. Keep in mind that a ton of the visual effects of muscle growth will be reflective of genetic factors that are unchangeable. I was able to get better peaks by working the short head(s) harder. Ymmv.

I guess what I’m going for is for my arms to be the size they are when I have an arm pump right now, but maybe I’ll just live without. Cuz it’s been 1.5 years and they just won’t grow anymore when everything else still does

Your arms look good and proportionate with the rest of your body. You look like you have plenty of room to grow.

I graduated high school 130 lbs @ 5’9 with brown hair & brown eyes. My younger brother (2.5 yrs younger) was 6’2 220lbs blonde hair, blue eyes and jacked. Now I’m 190 lbs in decent shape with great hair and he’s 240 lbs fat with thinning hair. It’s my time to shine!

Pretty sure I graduated at 135lbs. I think your being hard on your self. If I saw you in person I would think “damn dudes ripped”. I’m sure the chicks think the same thing. Research ways to break Plateaus. And just keep putting in the work.

Thanks buddy I appreciate it, I’ve just been a lot bigger before and I went in for knee surgery and lost 25lbs and can’t gain anything back so being that I’ve looked better I’m probably being hard on myself cuz I keep comparing
to what I used to be.

I think your arms look good and very proportional to the rest of your physique and if they were too much bigger without the rest of you being bigger it would look off. If you trained specifically all around for hypertrophy, ate more and got larger all around then your arms would follow suit. But you’d have bigger chest, back and legs too.

I was “blessed” with big arm genetics and honestly, while I love having big arms they do look a little funny because the rest of me needs to catch up. I would trade an inch off my arms for a thicker chest.

I am ready to trade!
