Hey, im on my 2nd week of a cycle. Test/deca and anadrol. Got back from the gym last night and my feet/ankles are swollen. Is this common or something i should be worried about. Thinking maybe backing off on the drol but not sure.
Starting dieting about 3 weeks ago and have put on 42 lbs. Lots of water retention from the drol i am assuming. But i been eating about 6k cals a day.
Oh, and i have been taking some anastrozole for some existing gyno ive had for a decade. Doubt it will do much after going that long untreated but im trying .75mg/day for 3 weeks. I think it has helped some.
Lol. So i was 144 naked on the 3rd. I just hopped on the scale at work and im 198 clothed. I usually always gain 30 lbs in the first 30 days and have done this god knows how many times, but this time i took the dieting to the extreme and i think the drol holding lots of water. Yeah, it does seem ridiculous ik.
I’d be far more concerned with increasing your bodyweight 30% in 3 weeks. Your feet aren’t swollen, your everything is swollen. Jesus.
Stop this, there’s no way you need this many calories. You should be seeing a half pound weight gain per week. You’re seeing 10.
*I dont think its fat gain, but this is alarming in any scenario.
Why were you taking gear weighing 144lbs, though? I mean, im struggling to say this without being a dick, but have you spent any real time in the gym prior to taking gear?
No my feet and ankles are definitely swollen.
I just need advice if its alarming or not.
Never experienced in previous cycles but also first time running the drol.
Thanks
Oh and most definitely there is fat gain lol.
the weight gain is alarming on it’s own, is what I’m saying.
Having specifically more fluid retention in your feet is a concern, but its a concern when you’ve got a third of your bodyweight of excess water regardless…
I’d drop the drol.
Yeah i think drop the drol too. Its just too much water retention.
Agreed.
I would personally want to get a Cystatin C test as that is not normal.
From my experience I’d say you are I taking way too much sodium.
I recall one post-contest where I went food crazy after closely watching my sodium. In four days I couldn’t fit into any of my shoes.
Drop your sodium intake immediately. The safest thing to do is drop all processed foods. Add absolutely no salt or condiments that contain salt/sodium.
Seems about right since we don’t know how much of any of those bloat-maxing compounds you’re taking. Couple that with a poor diet and bad hydration/electrolyte balance, low cardio, i’ve seen some guys complain of water retention if they get their e2 too low.
I’m assuming there’s no blood work or health markers checked? How’s your blood pressure? Any medications?
Blood pressure is 126/75 pulse 80.
Feet look normal this morning. I didnt take my pm dose of drol.
Figure i do bloodwork @ 8 weeks.
Other meds are milk thistle, low dosage bayer, omega 3.
Try to drink half gallon of water a day but sometimes dont get.
Lots of calories from milk, pb, and oats.
I think the only thing that has sodium that i eat on regular basis is peanut butter. And some cottage cheese every other night before bed
This was also my immediate thought ? WTF ?
Haha wow just wow .
I worked out from 2008 to 2013 (technically 99 to 2013 but 2008 to 2013 with a “bodybuilding” mindset) until i had a severe accident that left the left side if my body basically inoperable. Cycled from 2010 to 2013. Starting weight was 180 ended up at 232.
I always seem to plateau at 180 naturally. God doest want me to be heavy. He wants me to run 4 minute miles for some reason.
Already on test either way, so once i hit 170 i upped the dose, added deca, and added anadrol as i couldnt acquire dbol. Just for size, as i am not a fan of the cut look. I been 150 and shredded my entire life. I like the wet look.
I mean i didnt post on here to be judged by all you professionals.
I simply posted to see if swollen feet was a side.
Thanks
No judgement from me, I honestly don’t give a toss what other people do. But I did find it unusual that someone at your body weight weight was using. Hope your swollen feet get better.
Yeah i probably shouldnt of thrown the drol in there, but i love water retention and i seen what it done for my buddies. I was only taking 25mg twice a day, 12 hrs a part.
And as far as the deca, i figure im already on test and stable, so why not…
I have pretty poor circulation, so i suppose i really shouldnt be surprised.
Normally id go straight for pheraplex. But it seems as though there have been some bans since i been gone.
What did you expect ? Research goes a long way. Deca causes bloat and water retention and you added Anadrol …..
