I’m on my first cycle of sust 500. I did my 4th pin yesterday. Every single one has swelled up caused a lot of pain. I clean the site properly. It’s stored at about 65 degrees and have never heated up. The injections are very tough. I really need some help on this one!!! Thanks!!!
If its good quality stuff, you shouldn’t have major problems tbh.
This is your problem. Anytime you cram 500mg of hormones into a ML of oil your likely gonna experience some sorta PIP

So what can I do? The stuff is working. I’m just always in pain, lol. Is there a way to thin it out?
There is but then you are messing with the sterility. You need to be able to add sterile grape seed oil to a sterile vial and draw a known amount out of the original vial and inject it into the new vial.
So the best thing to do is probably assume it’s a bad batch and toss it huh?
Not necessarily a bad batch, just super dense dose. Some compounds sting when they’re super concentrated. This is why you rarely see prop in anything other than 100/ml same with DHB.
Assuming all things are sterile…
You could draw equal Parts of this sust 500 and some carrier oil and mix in a sterile vial
JUST TO HOLD YOU OVER WHILE A LESS PAINFUL ORDER MAKES ITS EAY TO YOU.

Because sustanon has prop in it you can get a bit of PIP.
High concentration gear will almost certainly use ethyl oleate as a solvent to cram that many mgs into a ml. Sounds like you are one of the guys that doesn’t react well to it.
This sort of reaction isn’t PIP its much more severe, with swelling and intense pain.
Get some normal mg gear without ethyl oleate in it.
Some guys like to cut high concentration gear with a sterile oil. I found that doesn’t work for me. Even with thinned gear you need to inject twice as many mls, and you still get the same amount of ethyl oleate.
So would it be dangerous finish this cycle? I only have 4 weeks left.
It wouldn’t be dangerous just very painful. Its up to you, if you can tough it out.
