Sustanon 250 or Cypionate?

Basically the endocrinologist in my area is letting me choose put of sustanon 250 or Depo-test (cypionate).
A local who I know has been on TRT for years and swears that sustanon 250 is the best test and that I should go for that. Research online made it seem like cypionate is more balanced and results in less valleys.

What’s everyone’s thoughts? What do you think is superior and why? If you were me, what would you choose?

Cypionate is used exclusively in the US, cypionate is the best choice hands down. I heard UK doctors say that do to the multiple esters in Sustanon more AI is needed.

Dealing with 1 ester would probably make it easier. Test Cyp.
