Sust - Begin week 1 at 250mg building up to 1000mg at week 5. Taper back down to 250 on week 8.
Clen - Climb from 20mcg to 80mcg during week 1. Repeat dosage every other week.
Clomid - Take throughout.
Weight Goal will be low to mid 240’s by the end of the eight weeks. Of course at the same time, I’m trying to keep BF in check with the clen so I’d like to see at least a 2 or 3% reduction.
