I’ve seen your lift numbers. To clarify, what is your age and what is your training experience?
You’re 23 and ran 3 cycles? When was your first? I’m not trying to bash.
No way you’re at your limit of anything at 23. You’ll never know you natty limit so you can strike that from your vocabulary.
To be fair, most people never reach their genetic limit. Most don’t realise just how difficult it is to reach an absolute limit. With GEAR however some can reach their purported genetic natty limit
and I say “some” because the average guy using gear looks like… the average guy. It’s that guy in the gym whose been taking a handful of dbol daily for a couple weeks because his bro said it’d make him huge
Of course I wanna be strong. That’s why I’m workin towards that
I’m 32, spent most of my younger years fighting Muay Thai at 60kg, started lifting more seriously when I was 26/27. I was a commercial gym trainer right before that but wasn’t very good at my own training tbh
first cycle was 21. training since 17 years old, I meant i assume my natty limit, by no means a good indicator but it uses a preety standard formula http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html. Takes anke, wrist, bf measurements and my natty limit is around 80kg. So again by no means a perfect indicator but better than nothing i do believe personally it is more accurate measure than FFMI and based of my own eyes i reckon 80kg would have been my limit as when i get off i shrink down to around 78 kg.
sorry wrote 22 by accident
I’m trying to tell you compared to the avg guy you are strong.
Don’t sell yourself short with unrealistic expectations. You might not be at the level of a professional powerlifter, but you’ll get there. Currently, celebrate the little things, such as the fact that you’re far stronger than the average man. In a room of 100 randomly selected guys, you’ll out-lift 98 of them
So heavy lifting from age 26 - 6 years now. Got it.
But you’ll never know. Also as you progress you’d gain weight and you lifts would fallow. Also adding fat to your frame will increase bench press especially. Fat that could later be shed. Also there’s the “man strength” factor that seems to kick in for most of us in our late 20s.
You will never know your limit based on a calculator.
Extremely troubling indeed.
Alright sir… so an individual has an issue with intrusive thoughts (type of OCD), these thoughts can stem to be violent, sexual, immoral or sacrilegious in nature. Say it’s number one, the thoughts are violent, they’re beyond the persons control.
Given you’re ideology of “extremely troubling”, this person should be put to death despite the fact he/she is helpless over her thoughts, seeking psychiatric help. This doesn’t pertain to me, but you’re incredibly ignorant if you fail to grasp basic understanding of mental health ailment. If you have something to say to me, say it… don’t like someone else posts aimed at attacking me… This doesn’t pertain to soul fighters posts… any time anyone has anything bad to say about me, you’re always liking their posts… it’s a trend, but it does send a message. You’re reason for disliking me stems from the fact that I’m young, nothing more and you’ve actually SAID this before if I recall correctly. This is incredibly immature if it is to be the case
I’m not defending pedophelia, immoral or abhorrent behaviour. I’m stating that certain people are neurologically hardwired to have abhorrent thoughts, be attracted to things that ARE disgusting. A VERY small minority of people actually act upon these thoughts/desires, and the majority WILL seek help. For someone to state “for these THOUGHTS, you deserve the death penalty” I find it profoundly ignorant. The argument stemming from two years ago was based on just this.
The initial argument from two years ago stemmed from my response from someone claiming that those who have abhorrent thoughts deserve the death penalty. Go read the argument, see what I was disagreeing with before you imply that I have some kind of disturbing hidden agenda.
You’ll be suprised to find that we prolly agree on more stuff than you think.
