Surge Workout Fuel/Recovery HELP!!

Hey guys, so i just got my Surge workout Fuel/Recovery. Now i’ve been reading alot of about this product but i’m at the point where i am very confused about WHEN i should be taking this??

Help please. I also have other protein shakes/supplements/BCAA.

Can anyone let me know how i should be taking all these stuff?

Workout Fuel before and during training.
Recovery after your workout.

how many scoops of each?.

depends on your workout. If you have a decent amount of BCAA’s that you are taking pre-and-during your lifting, 1-2 of SWF should suffice, depending on volume. Experiment with it. For Surge Recovery, 2 scoops post would probably be good.
