What doesn’t sound right to you?
Label recommendations are generally broad so as to cover the majority of people using a product. This doesn’t mean that they can’t be tweaked to fot your needs better.
In terms of taste, my favorite is:
- raspberry
- orginal
- chocolate
- vanilla
- rootbeer float
In terms of mixability:
- raspberry

If Mutu hasn’t experienced any issues with drinking milk why should he stop? I drink a litre of 2% fat milk in my shakes everyday and have lost a lot of flab over the last year alone, whilst making good gains.
