hi, what supps do you guys use while on a course? i currently use creatine waxy maise starch and glutamine, but would it be of benafit to continue to us these while on the course, any advice would be great?

sorry ment maize, its a carb, i take it after training before my protein after training. I use it just as a after workout supp and find it helps with the pump, technicaly its Waxy Maize Starch (WMS) is a complex, long-chain, super-high molecular weight, sugar and lactose free carbohydrate. lol
During cycle I generally do not change the OTC supps that I use. With the execption of maybe adding some liver detoxifying agents my supplementation doesn’t change regardless of AAS use.

It leaves the gut and is absorbed very quickly, much faster than malto/dextro. Alotta good reviews, behind it, Justin Harris at troponin nutrition is also a big proponent of it.

In my opinoin if you are asking these questions at this point in time then you should not be considering any type of steroids in the near future.
I remain taking my fish/flax oil,multi,other vitamins, creatine i suppose if your into that kind of thing

NP, there was an overpriced version called vitargo that was the original. DC’s trueprotein line picked it up a couple years back. Its a really interesting supp, I haven’t used it yet, but I’d like to at some point given all the great reviews. Not ridiculously expensive either.
