I’ll be driving to Canada for mini-vacation and I’m wondering what supplements I will be able to take with me.
So far, I’m thinking of taking protein powder, creatine monohydrate, some BCAAs and green tea. I’ll probably take these in zip-lock bags to save space.
Why are you worried about using supplements while on vacation?
I’d just take some Metabolic Drive Bars to keep from going hungry between meals and enjoy the time away from work, school, or whatever you’re daily grind involves.
Well thats the thing, you can buy all that in Canada, but I have had trouble shipping those exact same things into Canada. So I am not sure if driving across is going to be any differant then shipping. Sorry cant really give you much more then that.
Ok so heres the deal. I live in Canada and we’re pretty strick when it comes to suppliments; until recently BCAA’s were banned!
Now if you’re crazy enough to bring in this protein powder?, as you called it, I think it would be best to wrap it in plastic bags and deep fist it into your backside.
And if things turn bad at the boarder just remember to keep saying “eh!” and talk about how much hockey sucks.
