In all honesty this is a dumb argument. Thor on paper should beat superman due to having magic, but writers keep powering up their characters. Oden force, Superman is god level now etc…

LOL. It’s more pronounced in threads like this.
I collected comics when I was younger, it seems to have been standard practice that Marvel would always be in deference to DC’s wishes in regards to who the winners of these crossovers would be. No matter who from the Marvel universe goes against Superman, Superman will win because Marvel will not assert themselves in the writing negotiations beforehand.
Having said that- Goku could beat both their asses.
