Ok it been like 2 years since i have actually posted but I have been using Biotest religiously since they started with TRIBEX…
So I am looking at my new can of Superfood and reading the label and I notice that the scooper is the same size that in my creatine that is 5gms per scoop. The Superfood has the same size scoop 5 gms, and I measured it on a scale to be sure, but states to take 2 scoops as a dose of 5000mgs -I am assuming they didn’t mean to put " 5 g (2 scoops)" and one scoop is a dose or serving. Anyone else notice this?
Grams measure weight, not volume.
So, five grams of Superfood can take up more volume than five grams of creatine.
As you can see, a packed scoop was measured on an electronic scale. It weighed 5 grams, so 2 scoops would weigh 10 grams. So if you take 2 scoops it would be 10 grams of Superfood equaling 2 times the 5 grams listed as a serving size on the container. Not that it is badto take that much…but I wondered why my bottle didn’t last so long that’s why a broke out the scale.
One pack scoop in the provided scooper = 5 GRAMS of Superfood = One serving. They should change the label.
