Superdrol Cycle Workout?

Hey guys, planning on doing a 3 week superdrol cycle in the new year and just wondered exactly what type of workouts you guys use and have found the most productive in the past while on cycle. Thanks for your time.

I’ve never heard of Superdrol? What is it? It must be really powerful if your only doing it for 3 weeks?

I’m a huge fan of the Advanced German Volume Training System. I change the workouts some but I use the same loading principle. 10x5, 10x4, 10x3, 10x5 etc. If you search the article, it will make more sense.

As far as the actual workout, I did an every other day workout.
#1 Squat
(a)weighted pullup
(b)overhead press
#2 Deadlift
(a)flat dumbell bench
(b) dumbell row

This workout will lead to overtraining, but for three weeks it is doable.
It amazed me that doing this, strength was the goal, but size was a pleasant side effect. Get your lifts up, the gains in mass will come.

Superdrol seems to be, at least anecdotally, a very weak, highly hepatoxic anabolic.

Why have you chosen to use it? What are you trying to accomplish?
