This is me correcting you where you are wrong.
I take 200mg/week divided into daily shots of 28.6mg. My pre-TRT levels were 575. My levels doing daily shots hover around 2000 taken 24 hours after injection. I do daily shots for TRT so not much of a peak or trough more of a constant median. When doing weekly shots of 220mg when I first started TRT my levels were 800-1000 at trough.

Long time ago but how did it turn out in the end for you? similar backstory here and current situation. ALT 1644, have stoped dbol immediately but docs are suggesting no more test until they have more results. My issue is its now a week or bit over with no test and do not want to crash it. Did you continue taking test and seen levels come back to normal purely just stoping dbol ?

Testosterone isn’t going to raise your ALT/AST like that. It’s the oral steroids that are liver toxic. Have you told the docs you were taking Dianabol? Assuming you have and they are willing to treat you while taking anabolics they would typically recommend dropping the Dbol only.
