I go to school in Orlando. I visit my girlfriend in Gainesville regularly. The other day I got a blue piece of paper in the mail saying if I don’t appear in court in Gainesville within 14 days a warrant will be put out for my arrest. It did not list a phone number, but said that the reason for the summons will not be transferred over the phone.
Is this legit? For what reason, that they wouldn’t disclose, would I be issued a summons?

Not that I know of. I talked to my friend about it and he said sometimes people take parking tickets off your car and you ended up getting a summons. I don’t remember parking anywhere where I’d get a ticket though.

Also, I spent $400 trying to serve a summons on a fucker, and after I finally got him served, the court ordered him to pay costs and fees. Hahah, dumbass!!!
