I’m fairly certain that this is the reason no one follows proper protocol in these situations anymore.
By the time you teach yourself to write legibly, you might just forget why you wanted to off yourself in the first place.
Better to just go ahead and do it without all the thinking.

If you do it right, you should be decapitated. with your hands stuck to your head. it will look like you pulled your own head off.
