Suggestions for a 2nd Cycle

Hi there,

I am 27 years old, 6`1. 182 pounds. I have been training since I was 18, I took some months off every once in a while because of studying or working, etc.
I have done a good cycle of Deca and Sustanon four years ago,I gained almost 20 pounds after 6 weeks, I got to 200pounds.
Now I want to start a new one, I want to get big, I dont mind definition, I am naturally lean.

Also I would like to get a nice diet with some details about the calories in it, etc.
