Those two labels actually say different things, but most likely it’s 135 mg/mL. That’s actually kind of a nice blend, you’ll get a kick from the Prop initially and then the long ester enanthate will smooth it out after a few weeks.

Dial-in your TRT protocol to the point where you are feeling amazing, then add HCG if you wish.

Looking back at your pre-TRT estrogen levels which is healthy and by no means deficient is at the heart of your problem, your Free T is extremely low and estrogen by comparison sufficiently elevated and when your Free T increases to a healthy range I expect estrogen to be very high.
You will struggle with large weekly injections, you need very frequent injections. If you’re already getting bloated within the first week, it’s likely to get much worse in the coming weeks.
You’re going to need at least injections EOD, twice weekly I expect much of the same as far as bloating because you seem sensitive to estrogen. I’ve seen guys like this before and require injections ED or EOD to keep estrogen from getting out of control.

EOD is EOD, M/W/F you are skipping Sunday, therefore not EOD. If you’re trying to figure out a weekly total, don’t waste the brain cells on it.

Every other day is literally every other day. Mon wed fri sun tue thur sat mon, etc
Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun/Tue/Thur/Sat back to Mon. I set 7 different alarms every 14 days. Daily injections more easy to remember.

What the heck is a 1ml vial? I think you have a misunderstanding of something.
Testosterone typically comes in 5 or 10ml vials. I have never heard fo 1ml vials nor have I ever heard of 135mg/ml, so I am assuming it came from a compounding pharmacy of some sort if that is actually correct?
Also would keeping all the syringes pre filled from the vial be safe? since I cannot close the vial once broken
This is fine, you can even buy an empty vial and transfer the Test.
