Had my consult today to learn how to self-inject. 100mg Test Enanthate. The Nurse had me use a 22g 1inch needle. Stuck straight in 90degree’s into my stomach (I don’t have much fat. I’m 6ft 155lbs around 20% body fat…too much I know). Needle looked huge. But I’ve never done this before. I just google’d. Sounds like 1/2 to 5/8 is standard for SubQ. I’m worried she gave me IM needles. Hoping I didn’t just jab something I shouldn’t have
I would either use an insulin syringe or a 27/29ga x 1/2" needle.
22ga IMO is even to big for IM injections. I use 25ga x 1" for IM.

Personally I would inject oil base Test IM. You can use pins as @s.gentz stated. I inject my wife’s small dose of T Cyp with a 27ga pin. For me it’s 23ga 1” for glutes or 25ga 5/8” everywhere else.
I went to my Pharmacy just now. The smallest she had was 25g 5/8inch long. So I took those. Not as small as you suggested but much smaller than what I shoved into my stomach today!

Do you only inject IM? Ever inject into the stomach?
I only inject subq for HGH which is water based and small amount of liquid.
