SubQ Injection loose Skin problem

Hello guys,

I am prescribed 125mg of Test E a week Split into two 62,5mg injections. I am a lighter guy with 185cm and 73KG ( Started at 140kg). Today was my first day injecting. I used a 27g 11mm and tried injecting SubQ into my belly at a 90 degree angle. After pulling the needle out some oil leaked out of the Site. I may have injected it into the lose skin.

Can I just use the 27g 11mm syringe and inject in my delt for SubQ or IM? I‘ve got a 25g 20mm needle available if you suggest IM injections.

Certainly. IM is the way to go anyway. You can do subQ for small doses but I’ve never liked it. 25-27ga for delts or quads works fine for me and 23ga longer needles such as 1-1.5” for glutes.

So you think the 27ga 11mm needle is Fine for delts or use the 25g 5/8 Inch ?
