Okay I am really out of cardio shape, this killed me. Going to just do this the rest of this week and next. Then start back on the 5/3/1 and then add this in at least 3 times a week.
I’m sure the neighbors have voted you strongest on the block a long time ago. The sled work probably has you voted most insane fitness dude on the block.

Cardio ain’t so bad if I remember why i’m doing it. Problem is actually doing it. If I get in 1 or 2 days of HIIT, I’m happy.

My wife has been doing Crossfit for like six months, it is like she is in her early 20’s again for body composition and endurance. She is going to literlly give me a heart attack if I dont start back on the cardio. But in retrospect I guess better dying from the wife then pushing a damn sled around the yard.

The one I had made. The guy who made it is going to do some modifications this weekend. He is also going to make me some farmers walk bars and a yoke. Not bad for $250.
That rocks. My cousin’s an iron worker, I am trying to talk him into making for me.
One of the guys who for me has a welding machine at home. I work in the medical field so I do not know anybody who welds. But it was really cheap, I payed him extra just to do the other stuff for me this weekend. The sled will kick your ass though.
