Man, those fronts. Killer. I just tried those for the first time a couple days ago. Watched some videos prior which were all saying it’s better to do them with hands under the bar, elbows pointing straight out. When I tried that, the lowest I could get the bar was pressing my chin up, so had to do them with arms crossed over the bar. Is that normal, or am I just screwing it up?

I do it with crossed arms, do not have enough flexibility in the wrists. I do them for more leg work, I really work on a stance of shoulder width apart and getting my but to my heels.

Nope its a gym thing, all our friends and our Doc friend who runs the longevity clinic and owns the gym is putting it on. 90 days, whoever can 1. lose the most BF% 2. who can get the best drop in time after 90 days. Supposed to be some decent prizes. Last time we did this it was 30 days last year, I was 3rd by like .01% BF lost.

This is the workout I did Sunday. In 90 days we will repeat it and see if we can better the time and better the number of wall balls.
I just do not believe the BF% that the scan shows, it may be denial but it just seems off to me.
You want to know weird, Maya and I had the exact same BF%.
