Strongest Guy on My Block, The Return

One of the guys at the gym is doing pull ups like this. I did one the other day and it didnt hurt my shoulder. :confused: may have to add them in.

Peaches no she has worked the last two days and had a lot of patients, reason she has not been on G+. She could do it for sure, she can do 8-10 hand stand pushups without kipping.

Sat cardio day Back is still tweaked hope is better by tomorrow so I can do leg day. Mon-Thurs out of town for work so no working out.

Warm Up 400 meter run, push ups, GHD back extensions, dislocates, foam roll etc

53 KB X 5 X Clean and Press each arm
BW X 10 X Push ups various hand placements
20 MB X 5 X Lying leg lifts
BW X 100 X Jump rope

20 minutes as many rounds as possible, got 7 minus 50 jump ropes

Its almost like a Fat grip chin, in a way, well sorta

How is he even keeping grip on the KB? Pure downward pressure. It looks impossible.

Nope just grip I did a couple and like I said did not hurt my shoulder

Hate being out of town, need the rest taking a deload for a few days. Back at it Friday and Saturday

BTW I wanted to say, you were right about the KB weight. I’m already working the 80lbs pretty easy, that said when doing conditioning/HIIT stuff I don’t need that much at all. The iron masters was the way to go for home gym.

I have still been trying to figure out a way to do that chin at my gym.

Could be, but also the MRI’s I have had on my shoulders have tears and I had a grade 2 AC seperation when I played ball so I have osteo in my left.

135 X 12 X Push Press
200 meter run

Times 5 rounds in 12 minutes

Have not done anything but work since Saturday so just getting the blood flowing.

Actually taking my rack to our gym tomorrow morning my Ortho Doc friend who owns it asked me to.

So now I can get back to doing more heavy work during the week.

sounds like a good plan
it will compliment your metcon work well

my shoulder issues- start there and agitate
everything from elbows down

Actually the other night we were out with the Doc at one of our get togethers. I think I got him talked into hiring the wife.

Shit that means I should get free membership to the gym right.

53 KB X KB Swings
BW X 24 in Box Jumps
BW X Mountain Climbers

20 sec on 10 sec off times 8 rounds

Wall Balls averaged 8
KB averaged 10
Box Jumps averaged 5
Mountain climbers averaged 15

Then I got to move my rack into the gym.
