Decided to do things a little differently this session. No squatting as I did a ME pull on Saturday.

Pre Exhausted Quads with a bunch of extensions. 6 or 7 sets @ 20+ reps

A. Single Leg Press
10 x 1pps/2pps/3pps/4pps --no resting outside of adding plates
B. Leg Press
12 x 6pps/8pps/9pps/10pps
10 x 11pps
8 x 12pps
6 x 13pps
**this took about 25mins to complete
C. Power Squat - Hack Squat
20 x 3pps
15 x 3pps+25
2 x 10 x 4pps
D. Seated Ham Curls
4 sets of a bunch
E. SLDL
20 x 135
15 x 185
2 x 12 x 205
**very slow and deliberate on these

Finished with more extensions

Major Quad DOMS today.

PS: Time for a new AVI.

E. Fat Grip Rope Pressdowns - 5 x 12
D. HS Dips - 3 x AMAP --last set - drop set/various grips
E. Seated DB Laterals - 4 sets
F. Arnie Presses - 3 sets

Have to remember to do my shoulder dislocates as a warm up, First few sets felt rough on right shoulder. Started dislocates and pain went away.
