Side shot
Congrats on the christening of your gym…that was a shit ton of leg work in your state!
What…what…what the fuck was that whole session about.
That’s the most badassed session I’ve read about in a long time.
Admittedly, I’m new here, but christ, that sounded like torture.
And I thought James (Atypical) was a crazy mofo with his two minute Deadlift till you drop session the other day.
Time for me to stop whining about being tired…

Thanks (I think). I think on a regular day it may have been less torture.
EDIT: Just read your log. We have similar numbers.
Damn, that’s some solid work. You’re definitely on the crazy end of the spectrum…
Keep it up!
james
Looking good buddy.
And that was a crazy session. I don’t think I’ve ever come close to puking. No plans to at this point ![]()
legs look good. is your weight up due to the water loading?
Any ideas on how high you will take your weight during your lean gain? No higher than 195 for me.
30 weeks of dieting takes some serious focus. good job.
Thanks Git.
I’ll snap more pics tomorrow (as I am sure they’ll look better then without the water bloat).
Yonkey, my weight is actually down because I don’t eat carbs. LOL. The water pretty much goes through me (except for when I am training). I’m currently sitting at 168.8 this morning. Should be even lower tomorrow. I will judge my weight/lean gain by how I look. The minute the abs disappear I head back down. I am hopeful that’s still in the 190’s.
Outstanding session dude.
Whoah, Todd! Those hammies are TIGHT! A man has to diet HARD for that, so I offer much respect. I’m also completed knocked flat by sets fo 20 for hack squats with 225 lb. That is badassery.

got it, I saw your dl challenge numbers and assumed the weight you used was current bodyweight.

I didn’t feel proper throwing 170 on the bar. A wheel and 2 dimes isn’t really respectable either but I digress.

Thank you good sir. My wheels are definitely in the best shape they’ve ever been in.
Crazy leg session man, then to do the old fart challenge, hells yea. Legs look nice, was that ghey?

No. If you say they look “pretty”, then that’s ghey.
Sitting at home, watching KMC working (aka World Series), totally parched so I decided to snap a pick of how I look tonight.
I call this “RFL”. “Really F’n Lean”. The only level lower (or higher - depending on your scale) is “Shredded”.
Not bad for a fat guy who started this journey 31 weeks (218 days) ago. I told myself I was “Strong Enough to Correct Them”. Them being the mistakes that got me fat again.
Can’t say enough how impressive your transformation is.
