I have to explain this crazy ass workout volume today
I cam into work and a colleague read my article and has been pumped up, Ultimate Warrior style.
We’ve been pushing each other today and grabbing quick workouts. I’ve been taking him to the dark place. Guys mind is blown.
I think my training is taking a certain path which I plan to tweak.
3 gym session
Combination of strength and hypertrophy
Iron Cardio 2/3 times daily
Mostly bodyweight exercises with KBs thrown in
1/2 LISS cardio sessions
Strong and conditioned being the mantra
Train to eat, Eat to train being the fuel that drives this philosophy
I’m crediting a lot of this to @T3hPwnisher as he’s turned my head with his style of training.
I’m very excited to see where I go with this. I feel it’s toughening my up physically and mentally. I’m being taken into a lot of places that I’ve purposefully avoided during my lifting career.

1 day off a week for the time being however also anticipate family shit to derail the program at times
I’m averaging about 3 a day right now
The gym workout is almost recovery
The feeders about 10-30 minutes in length but fucking intense my main man
That’s just the best thing. Training with partners recently have making me realize how fun and challenging training can be when you motivate each other. I understand better now the tales of Meadows or whoever who would ride to a faraway gym just to train with some people. Because I’m doing it now ahah
