Ok great, I’ve found for me 400g carbs is my cap, going over that does not work for me. As I have capped out on carbs, should I increase my fats which at the moment is at 80g…

How high can you go with fat intake for a day with carbs around 400g (protein 260-280g)

Is there a difference with how the body uses carbs vs fat particularly when capped at my carbs amount?

Did I miss it? Are you going for option 1: maximum muscle gain with fat? 2: medium gain or 3: slow gain and minimizing fat gain?

Thanks mertdawg I forgot to mention… I’m aiming for a weight gain of 0.5lbs a week so I’m guessing that is a slow to medium weight gain process…
