Mix 1 scoop of strawberry Low-Carb Grow! with 3/4 a cup of cottage cheese every night before bed. FREAKIN DELICIOUS!!!
I thought about trying it with a tbsp or 2 of pb but havn’t actually attempted that one yet, not sure how that would come out.
Strawberry is pretty frickn good on its own but really shines it up as a mixer. somebody up there said yogurt -bingo. mix it up with some of that brown cow cream top yogurt mmmm! also really good in oatmeal or w/ flax seeds and peanut butter. for a straight shake w/ water i like choc the best though. i don’t really like vanilla anything.
I opened up my bottle of strawberry Grow!, and my first thought was strawberry cake mix. I’ll have to try the cottage cheese and strawberry Grow! combo; it sounds yummy. Like others have said, this stuff great as a combo, but chocolate’s better with only water.
I’ll put it this way. I dont hate strawberry things - but I dont like them. I don’t choose strawberry anything, ever, unless its fresh picked whole strawberries & thats it. But I wanted variety, so I ordered it. I tried it and was BLOWN away. It tastes like a strawberry milkshake - and thats in water.
I haven’t even tried it with milk yet. Im usually a chocolaholic, but I like strawberry Low-Carb Grow! alot more than chocolate Low-Carb Grow! now.
Strawberry flavor has afew seeds in it btw I think.

that is so true before i found out about Grow!. I was using Optimum 100% Whey it is the worst strawberry you will ever taste.
I’m liking it mixed with milk or on my oatmeal.
I think it tastes really good except it tends to give me a little burning sensation on the back of my throat when I swallow it(insert joke here). Certainly strange. If i mix it with milk it’s awesome but I’m kinda lactose intolerant so it’s not good for public relations so I stay away from that combo 95% of the time. I’ll be interested in seeing how the new flavors turn out.
I think its great with water, tried the orange as well pretty good, the smell has so much of an aroma,
