Stopping Right at Failure vs Trying to Move Weight After Failure

totally different is “recovery” from one workout, one exercise, one set to failure at everybody
not anyone yet measure and know how to describe-“recovery status”

Yeah, my thoughts too … and for me form and focus stays good on all reps. When going for 15-20 rep sets my form would start to go south at about the 15 rep point though I tried for a long time to get good with the higher reps with little to show for the effort.

Multiple sets of 4-6 reps with 8-10 second rest between sets works very well and like you say, is a fun way to train. Nothing wrong with looking forward to your workouts :+1:
