Stomach Flu During Cycle

I’ve been running EQ for about 8 weeks now and Primobolan for the last 3 weeks. Last Thursday I switched brands from BD to AA. When I woke up on Friday I had abdominal pain and since Friday the symptoms have only gotten worse.

Now I’m getting the shits, I get headaches, and I’ve been running a fever. Has anybody had a similar experience like this ? Or having any experience treating the stomach flu?
