can anyone give me clen/cytomel stack for 4 weeks(is that enough time?)… Ive gotten such mixed answers elswhere…you guys here seem to know what your doing…thank you very much !!

if you read my the whole thread you would know that I don’t recommend clen or cytomel for newbies. there is a very big risk of screwing yourself up (start with the fact that 4 weeks of clen is too much and you don’t know that, 4 weeks may be enough to downregulate your beta 2 receptors pretty bad and just cause you to yo-yo when you go off).
I won’t give you a protocol but you can find one if you use the search function on here. if you really want my advice it would be to take something safer like HOT-ROX and diet properly (see Gus’ velocity diet thread on the Physique Clinic).
thank you George…HOT-ROX is great…but did not work…I take epedra daily right now…have taken it on & off for over 10 yrs…i still got plenty left you say 4 weeks is to much…i read over and over 6 weeks min.

I find most stacks say 1 week of clen next week of T3 etc…some say both on same day?? trust me i loooked and looked before asking here…ive found to be
to go up with clenevery day ,some 20,40,60,80,etc…then add in T3 25. every 3rd day or so add another 25…either way,thank you again If you chose not to give me a stack.
If HOT-ROX didn’t work maybe the problem is your diet.
T3 is run in a pyramid style like clen but unlike clen the pyramid down is more important because you need to gradually taper off so your thyroid can recover slowly.
a 3 week stack of T3 and Clen would go as follows (again I don’t recommend this but it is a generally accepted protocol)

Why do you not want to use Test? Test is the building block of AS. You should not run a cycle w/out it. If you have never ran a cycle before, there’s no way in hell you want to use Tren. Also you need to run some sort of test along w/ tren. Stick to a test only cycle for your 1st one w/ possibly dbol to kick start it if you want.

I’ve been training (compound lifts with well learned technique) on and of for a year

I do not smoke, and I seldom if ever drink alcohol

I follow Chad Waterbury’s TB workout 3 days a week.

My cycle plan would be: inj 50mg(1cc)/winnie every second day in the morning for 3 or 4 weeks.

I want to put on a quick base, look better, be faster and stronger for the summer.

I plan to do workout either 1. total body every other day(when i take the winnie)and do sprinting and other exercises on in between days. or 2. total body workouts everyday for six days a week with doing sprints.
QUESTIONS
- Will I still be able to make natural gains just as fast after the cycle as I could before the cycle?
- If I maintain going to the gym 3 days a week doing tb workouts and eating healthy will I keep my results?
- from friends experiences, as well as my own research I have found that a 3 or 4 week cycle does not require pct. Is this true?
- Does this sound like a safe cycle that will result in some decent gains?
Please comment on this, and make any recommendations that you can. I am willing to learn and I’m Very curious. Thank you
I Agree with EC, dude are you nuts?! You want to run tren AND deca…together…with no test? Im going to take a wild guess and say you really dont know anything about these compounds do you?

130lbs??? are you serious? did you read the thread? go back and read it. you don’t need gear, you need a sandwich. you weigh as much as my wife. go eat something. get some protein shakes and drink 3 a day (between meals). get some creatine. if you aren’t doing heavy lifting with compound movements you should start (deadlifts, squats, chins, rows, bench, etc). at your size you should be able to put on lots of weight naturally and because you are so low in bf already you will look jacked if you put on 30lbs. think about gear in 4-5 years once you have put on a solid base naturally.

some people take tren alone, deca alone, and winstrol alone…why not the 3 together…I just want to learn
