Have been doing blast/cruise for almost two years now, and finally found my way into a nice little sterile abcess.
After mounds of research I confirmed it is sterile, AEB no heat, redness, fevers, mobility pain, or streaking.
Due to sterility, I have not started ABX, though have some on hand, and instead am draining it.
Not too bad, pulled out 3 ml of fluid typical of a sterile abcess with no noticeable odor.
Should clear up soon if no unforeseen issues arise.
Just a heads up for anyone pinning regularly for extended periods, it can be taken care of at home, but a doc is never a bad thing
