I notice that a large portion of men on trt require daily cialis and/or viagra to keep ED in check. It seems as though trt rarely cures men of ED and only helps select few overcome it. I have been researching stem cell therapy as a potential cure, rather than requiring taking cialis along with trt. It’s still fairly new and not much has been proven in its effectiveness, yet the process to me makes a lot of sense. Anyone else researched it, had the procedure done, or know anyone who has? Love to hear some experiences with it

Yep right in the love maker. I have heard it’s basically painless. They numb it appropriately and your in and out of the hospital in an hour and back at home. Considering the amount of guys that use tri mex these days, imagine only having to do one shot and cured? Even if it had to be repeated once a year. This could be huge for guys suffering this condition. a Lot of clinics are doing a combination of stem cell injections and shockwave therapy to promote the healing of blood vessels and formation of new ones.
It will all depend on why you have ED Right?
If it’s because of hormonal issues, don’t think stem cells will work.
That’s what I was thinking. Stem cells only work in areas where there’s damage. ED is not usually a damage issue.
Look into platelet rich plasma injections.
well for me, my ed started as vascular issue from drug abuse as a teenager. And then fiddling around with supplements, particularly saw palmetto, worsened the issue. Which I believe is a direct result of lowered androgens in the penile tissue. Like a lot of the fin guys have experienced. So I guess for these types of guys I have high hopes for it helping the issue. If you combine stem cell therapy and replenish the hormones with trt, I think it shows promise. And yeah man prp injections are offered as a combined therapy with stem cells and shockwave therapy at some clinics.
I have read about androgens role in artery function, and it seems to me that, arteries in the penis have collapsed as a result from diminished hormone levels. And if you replace the hormones, and promote blood vessel growth in affected areas, it could show promise
