Ok so I weighed in at 165 today after eating, which is about as light as Iāve ever been but Iāve been trying to gain weight for the last month. Still must not be getting enough calories. Weird thing is I blasted past my reps today⦠on nearly every exercise, some by 2-3 reps. Iām going to failure (except for leg press and squats) so Iām gaining strength just not weight. Perhaps the weight is just lagging?
