That’s not a good method for determining abuse.
I don’t let people ground me, spank me, take away my TV privileges, or tell me how to dress, either. But that makes none of them abuse.

But seriously, you think the drawing of the swastika was some kind of punishment?
It goes without saying that if a kid showed up in school with a Che t-shirt on or a hammer and sickle logo or one of those chic little Mao caps, things that you know, show solidarity with mass murderers and human rights abusers as well as gargantuan environmental crimes, he would have gotten the same treatment. How could it be otherwise, especially in Canada?
