State of The Union February 2024

Explain this. Because it appears like something that would only make sense to someone who is severely intellectually-challenged.

Edit: Can you explain the advantage/s of being constrained only by resources?

And you know this because like, recognizes like.

It gives you a broader economic framework. You don’t have to dig up a rare metal to create more currency. You are not constrained by this.

Yes, it is a challenge to those who’ve been brainwashed by the corporate media etc. Basically money to a sovereign is not finite. It can be created anytime. Can the U.S. create as much currency as it wants? Yes. If the votes are there the money shows up. Resources are finite and this is the constraint, not money!

So you can inflate the currency easier. Again, explain why this is an advantage. Your YouTube class probably hasn’t covered that yet…because it’s not…but the people teaching it understand their ā€œstudentsā€ won’t question it.

You do realize you’re agreeing with me?

It is an advantage because it gives you more room to do good things(healthcare, etc.). Because we have a shitty corporate government controlled by those who make a shitload of money from war doesn’t mean the system is bad. It means we have an absolute corrupt government who are controlled by an oligarchy. Where was all the inflation prior to Covid?

No, I don’t and no I’m not. How so?

The most advanced societies in the world, the ones with the highest standard of living.

HOW DOES IT DO THIS? You just keep saying the same thing over and over, without answering my questions.

I’m looking for something like this:

Printing additional U.S. currency increases wealth by _____________.

Over your lifetime(put two different ways):

For who? The top 10%? Or are you comparing us to 3rd world countries?

Would having more dollars mitigate this at all?

When you are constrained by resources the money is the easy part. As long as the resources are there, money can be created and spent for the betterment of society, not war. Why do you not understand this?

Inflation through the years.

During times of low inflation did currency creation not occur? Why not?

It would certainly produce a solution. A ballsy one at that, even.

As in, an individual having more money than others? Sure. It always helps to be wealthier. If you’re asking whether printing more dollars would mitigate it, then you’re even more ignorant than I thought; that would obviously make it worse.

if production kept on par with currency creation there would be no inflation. FACT.

So…production of actual goods should keep up with printing of currency? I ask this question while knowing the answer is a negative, but do you know how stupid that sounds?

No, the question is do you know how uninformed/ignorant you sound?

Here is a clip from Greenspan shutting down ignoramus Paul Ryan

Your position is that of Ryan.

Mine is very similar to Greenspan.

So you can put your diaper back on and go cry in the corner.

You’ve been misunderstanding that clip for years.

You mean you and your ilk have been twisting his words to somehow make it sound like he means something completely different than what he says.

If I’m misunderstanding, what am I misunderstanding?

I guess you may not be misunderstanding what he says; I haven’t seen the rest. You are definitely misunderstanding what every critic of ā€œwe can just print moreā€ says. It’s just cotton and linen. Of course we can print an almost-infinite amount. We can easily make a pack of chewing gum a million dollar purchase. No one denies that.
