Starting TRT, Infertility Concerns

I am 20 years old and was prescribed testoserone undecanoate. I will be starting treatment very soon though am scared Ill become infertile when the time comes. I have heard though that it is vey rare for someone to experience infertile problems when they follow a hmg protocol after to restart the testes when the time comes. My endo does not want to prescribe me hcg so he is leaning towards a testoserone gel. I want the injection, so is infertility really something i should be worried about?

Bank sperm now, before starting. It’s possible to regain fertility when the time comes, but it’d be good to have that as a backup.

The T gel and testosterone undecanoate are not considered good options for TRT, the gels are notoriously ineffective in most men do to poor absorption and the undecanoate is also not very effective in most cases do to the long half-life.

You talking in terms of fertility?

I’m talking in terms of treatment effectiveness as far as relieving the symptoms of low-T.

Any reasons? A PED expert that is highly respected being Broderick Chavez said it actually is a good treatment for medical reasons and would be fuck all difference between that and test e and test p since it is testosterone at the end of the day. Only problem he said is it takes a while to build up plus the injection pain.

Exactly this.
