Hi,
I am just starting too do the bodybuilding thing and a friend of mine told me to do igf-1 ir3. I have researched it for a few days so i have a basic understaind of what it is and how it works. I dont have an understanding on cycles and all that. I know that you inject an amount (what is recommened?) into each muscle group that is worked after working out on both sides of the body.
I am about too graduate from high school and i have excercised and i have taken supplements like creatine, cytogainer, no xpolde, and all that gnc stuff. It has worked a bit for me because I also play football and do wrestling but i want to get bigger and igf-1 ir3 seems to me like a good fast way to do it.
Can someone please tell me about cycles and how to take it and side effects.

IF this post is for real, then I suggest you read the stickies in the bodybuilding forum, especially about nutrition. It’s food you need, not illegal substances.
I hope you aren’t serious about this man. You’re WAY too young and you need to do a lot of research + gain a lot of experience. Hormone manipulation should be the last thing you dive into

“to”
used for expressing motion or direction toward a point, person, place, or thing approached and reached, as opposed to from - Ex: They came to the house. Or for you… I am about TO graduate high school.
“too”
in addition; also; furthermore; moreover - Ex: I am dieting, training and resting TOO.
I suggest not only do you not go through with what you’re considering, but also think about extending your high school curriculum an extra year.
