I have started my job as a fire cadet at the fire academy and I have been doing the workouts that they require. We constantly workout at least every hour if not more frequently than that. Up until today it has mainly been push-ups, BW squats, mountain climbers, squat thrusts, flutter kicks, planks, wall sits, lunges, crunches, sit-ups, and pull-ups. But today we hauled the prowlers and did a crossfit workout from hell. 5 circuits of prowler pushes followed by farmer’s walks, 8 pull-ups, and 12 dips, done with no rest periods at all…it was great.
