Howdy! For those who donāt know me. My name is Joseph. I am Starting Strength Coach and Firefighter located in New Braunfels, Texas.
I am still training. I am still coaching a small group of older lifters out in my garage gym.
My training as of late can be described as Power Building. I train the core strength lifts with 5s, utilize many useful assistance lifts to build up weaknesses, and add in a handful of machine and isolation movements to stroke my ego.
I train so that I may be harder to kill, and strong enough to serve others.
I am currently 39 years old, 5ā8" and 212 lbs.
