Hello! Going to do this crazy cycle in order to get up to 195 lbs. Currently at 175 lbs and 5’8". My diet is great! Cycle is
- sustanon - 200 mg per week
- ment - 200 mg per week
- Tren Hex - 200 mg per week
- Proviron - twice a day
- Tbol - twice a day
Anyway ever use Tren Hex?
Tren hex is a very long ester. You’d be better served using enanthate in case sides get bad it will clear faster.
Also MENT aromatizes at a high rate. I prob wouldn’t use test with it.
You may put on 20lbs with this cycle but it’s gonna be a lot of water. 20lbs of good tissue for a trained individual in one year is not likely.
Dumb question - is ment and trestolone one and the same?
Thanks S. Gentz! I guess my enthusiasm has overtaken my common sense!
So now that I have bought all this gear…should I just not take the tren hex or ment?
I would just take the test and get some Deca or EQ. There is 0 need for tren unless you are getting ready for a show and i really didn’t care for MENT. It’s not all it’s hyped up to be. Your just gonna put on a ton of water.

I agree here. The BBer mass gain protocol is Test, EQ or Primo, and Nandralone (NPP or Deca). If they are highly competitive, they run the Test as high as possible, the EQ or Primo also high, and the Nandralone dose is kinda dependent on how well they handle it.
The guys with experience only use a few of the whole list of compounds. Test, EQ, Primo, and Nandralone are the go to bulk (off season) drugs. Orals can impact hunger too much for many, and the health negatives just don’t make sense off season. Contest prep things change, and orals and Tren are common. I just don’t see a lot of guys that are actually big using exotics, or running orals off season. Stepping up from there, HGH and Slin are the next steps.

Excellent feedback! Thanks. I do have DECA and will run that instead!

Thanks for the helpful information!
How old are you?
How many years have you trained?
How many AAS cycles have you done?
Hello RT Nomad, I am 58 years old. I have been training for about 6 years now. I have done 5 cycles since I started training.
What are your goals besides gaining 20lb?
You left quite a bit of prime growth years slip you by before hitting the weights.
As @rusty_hammer asks, what are your goals beyond 20 additional pounds?
At your age, training years and 5 cycles later, 5lbs of muscle would be a tall order.
So, if you gain enough muscle to be satisfied, what next?

Hey Rusty. I want to be able to maintain the 20 extra lbs as lean muscle on a long term basis. Allowing me to be strong and healthy.
I realize that my prime years have past. I spent those years playing tennis and running. Now I want to add the 20 extra lbs to remain strong and healthy during my later years. I realize its a lot of work but I know through dedication I can do this. Hopefully there will be a day when I can compete.
I’m 55, 5’9”, 197 with a 30 inch waist. I built my foundation and did my crazy cycles in my 20’s and 30’s. These days I just blast and cruise with Test Enanthate and a little Deca for the joints. I lift heavy 3 days a week. Concentrating on compound movements using a Dante Trudel style of 2 or 3 sub maximal warm ups then 1 balls to the wall set to absolute failure. Low volume. High frequency. My advice would be the Sustanon at 400/wk and Deca at 200/wk. Maybe add some growth hormone releasing peptides such as GHRP6 or Mod GRF 1-29. With that being said, with diet and training on point and a good solid cycle, at our age 20 lbs of quality muscle is still a very tall order. Just my two cents.
That’s a nice goal. But you’re 58 years old. You can forget about your health if you’re going to be blasting tren, ment and a bunch of orals. And I think you’re smart enough to already know this. Also forget about the 20lb of lean muscle that you think you’ll get out of this cycle and then maintain. It doesn’t happen.
If you truly want to be strong and healthy find a good training program appropriate for your age, eat lots of protein and perhaps keep your test levels in the upper medium ranges on a TRT dose of testosterone.
My 2 cents.

Am I the only one finding this a bit odd? Why suddenly prioritizing unhealthy solutions to a minor problem?
Is really big muscles that important at 58? What questions are you trying to answer?
TRT is one thing, but you come here after 5 cycles past 50 and suggesting a “crazy cycle” at 58? You do what you have to, but being 10 years younger than you - I would never risk AAS cycles considering my other priorities in life.

You are right man! I was getting tired of being 145 lbs and seeing myself in pictures looking skinny. I pushed hard to get where I am today at 175 lbs and you are right…I was throwing caution out the window to selfishly get to 195 lbs to prove myself something. I am definitely reconsidering this.
