yesterday was a great day under the bar… nothing extremely tuff but a workout that made me feel good and gave a great pump

squat
135lbs 30 reps, 185lbs 25 reps, 225 3 sets 15-21 reps, 135lbs 2 sets 20-25 reps

good morning 135lbs 4 sets of 15 reps( each set was done with 3 sub sets of 5 reps done slow down, explosive up)

lots of rest and BSing in between sets with friends…

at home with my boys today, 4 year old and 2 year old, we are trapped inside do to the weather so i am doing push ups all day…

i have done a little 300 at this point, mostly in sets of 25 reps. some were done with pauses, some were partials at top and others at bottom, some with hold and some straight sets for speed. the best of course are the sets with my oldest or some times both boys on my back for much shorter sets lol…

i will make sure to get another 150-200 while they nap and see how many i can crank out before the day is done.
