Starting Anabolic Diet on Monday

Starting on Monday. Ordered Metabolic Diet yesterday, and is en route. My question is, how firm is the body weight X 18? I currently weigh 290, that puts me over 5000 calories. Not sure I even WANT to eat that much. A little advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Do lean bodyweight x 18.

If you’re 290 lbs you’ve likely not had trouble eating 5000 cal/day before. You can’t get that way by eating much less. It’s only for a couple weeks. I would calculate your lean weight and then split the difference between that and your bodyweight for the calculation.

LOL, thanks. I am certainly fatter than I planned or wanted. Got carried away strength training for the past year or so watching the weights go up continually. Want to lean it out a bunch and get back on the horse. Really not sure what my BF% is. Anyway, I think I’ll shoot for 4500 cals.day. Thanks.
