Dizziness can be a sign of high or low blood pressure. If you have low blood pressure and get up from a chair quickly for example you could experience dizziness. The same google search for symptoms of low blood pressure lists dizziness as a symptom.
I still donāt see dizzyness in there. You have special vision or something? Peripheral neuopathy when lying down is not high blood pressure, and people that get dizzy with high blood pressure get it from a sudden drop - like standing up fast or doing a Power Clean - and not just as a walking around issue.

Nowhere in the post does he complain of dizziness. Does working in the medical field require reading comprehension?
